Alpha Lipoic acid: Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant used as an effective aid for weight loss, treating diabetic nerve pain, healing wounds, lowering blood sugar, and improving skin discoloration. Additionally, it is also used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and nerve problems. It is also used to treat symptoms of eye related diseases. Pyridoxine: Pyridoxine is used to treat sideroblastic anemia. It is used to treat premenstrual syndrome and morning sickness in women. How does the drug work ?
