    Combipara T 8/100/325 mg Tablet is the combination of three drugs- Thiocolchicoside, Aceclofenac and Paracetamol which is used to relieve muscular pain.

    How Does the Drug Work?

    Paracetamol and aceclofenac work by inhibiting the inhibiting the activity of an enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) and thus, supress the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation and fever. Thiocolchicoside is a competitive GABA receptor antagonist which works by blocking the release of neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid and reduces the pain due to spasm.
