    Glycopyrrolate belongs to the class of anticholinergics. Glycopyrrolate is a long-acting antimuscarinic agent, it acts on M3 muscarinic receptors of smooth muscles of lungs, this, in turn, causes relaxation of smooth muscles and produces the bronchodilatory effect.
